They have said they have downloaded the SDK and found a plausible way to deliver this into the devices. flash iPhone Adobe official statement is as follows… “We believe Flash is synonymous with the Internet experience, and we are committed to bringing Flash to the iPhone,” Narayen said. “We have evaluated (the software developer tools) and we think we can develop an iPhone Flash player ourselves.” They plan to create an app using the SDK and make it available via the iTunes App Store. However, It will be interesting on how this will incorporate into the safari mobile browser because of Apples restrictions on how 3rd party apps cannot run in the background.
